Hypnotherapy is hitting the news more and more often these days. It’s also gained acceptance from NICE and the NHS for many conditions. Hypnotherapy has no negative side effects, it won’t interact with your current medications and it’s an incredibly safe and effective tool to help support people to make changes in their lives.
